6 Reasons Why the New Smart Bro Dashboard is your New Best Friend

Hey geeky Smart Bro users!

There’s a new Smart Bro Dashboard in town and you’re just going to love this new innovation from Smart.

I’ve been a Smart Bro user for a while now and while I love using my Smart Rocket WiFi (I should really upgrade to an LTE version soon)I don’t like how it’s so hard to keep track of my account information — like how much load I have left, or if I’m even subscribed to any packages, etc.

But thankfully, with the new Smart Bro Dashboard, all my account information can be seen at a glance.

That alone is enough reason for you to start using the new Smart Bro Dashboard.

But if you’re not convinced, here are more reasons why the new Smart Bro Dashboard is a god-sent for us Smart Bro users.

#1 Have quick access to real time information about your account and subscription package

Like what I mentioned earlier, you can easily see your current load balance and if you are registered to any current package. You can also easily view when your load is going to expire, and if the package you’re currently registered to is about to end.

#2 View all the Smart Bro offers and subscribe instantly

Once you’ve seen if you have enough load and you’re not registered to any package, you can easily browse through all the available Smart Bro offers and subscribe instantly within the new Smart Bro Dashboard.

#3 Immediately see your internet usage and charging, giving you a worry-free internet experience

Has it ever happened to you when you wanted to use your Smart Bro device only to find out you ran out of load and you had NO idea where your load went?

Well, it has happened to me several times and while I would like to rant and point fingers, the reality is, the reason for these missing loads is that we’re not aware of the settings of our accounts.

With the new Smart Bro Dashboard, you can easily monitor whether your account is on volume-based or time-based charging. This way, you know whether you are unnecessarily using up your load.

With the new Smart Bro Dashboard, you can also get notifications when your load or package is about to expire or when you go out of the free area.

#4 Connect to your Facebook and Twitter feeds for FREE, and get access to new content

Need I say more?

#5 Configure your Smart Bro devices and SIM with ease

When I first got my Smart Bro device, I had a slightly hard time setting it up. I already consider myself an advanced tech user so I can imagine how hard it must be for regular users. With the new Smart Bro Dashboard, you can easily access an FAQ page on how to set up your Smart Bro devices and SIM.

No need for you to google mindlessly for “How-to” articles and tutorials because it’s ALL there.

#6 Get direct access to your MySmart account

While this feature is not such a big deal, I just love how there’s a quick link to your MySmart account so you can readily access your non-Smart Bro accounts and devices.

How to access the new Smart Bro Dashboard?

For new subscribers, just plug in your Smart Bro device or connect to your Smart Bro Pocket Wifi and open your browser. Your dashboard will automatically pop out.

For existing subscribers, the dashboard will appear upon expiration of a package or upon zero balance. Or you access it through http://smart.com.ph/brodashboard.

If you want to give the new Smart Bro Dashboard a spin, you can try it out here.

I hope you’ll like it as much as I do!

XOXO,

XOXO
